This 1972 Triumph TR6 presents beautifully in its factory-correct Sapphire Blue exterior with a black interior. The engine starts easily, runs smoothly, and maintains excellent oil pressure. While the carburetors could benefit from fine-tuning, the car runs and drives reliably as is, delivering the balanced and engaging driving experience expected from a TR6.
The 4-speed transmission features an operational overdrive unit that engages properly in 3rd and 4th gears. The clutch feels healthy and engages smoothly, and both the suspension and brakes perform as expected for a solid, well-maintained driver.
The body and undercarriage are impressively solid with no signs of rust or corrosion. The paint shows nicely overall, presenting well for a driver, though there are some blemishes, chips, and imperfections throughout (see images). The soft top is in good condition, free of rips or tears, and a matching tonneau cover is included.
Inside, the cabin is very clean, with well-preserved trim, upholstery, and carpeting showing minimal wear. The engine bay and trunk areas are tidy and display no evidence of past accident damage.
Overall, this TR6 is a strong-running, well-preserved example that can be enjoyed immediately as a weekend cruiser or light restoration candidate.
