1974 Lotus Europa Twin Cam Special – 5 Speed
This 1974 Lotus Europa Twin Cam is equipped with a manual 5-speed Type 365 gearbox and Stromberg carburetors. The car is largely complete, though it is missing both the front and rear bumpers and lights.
The frame is very straight and solid, showing only surface rust, and provides an excellent foundation for a restoration. Three of the wheels are Lancia alloys, while the fourth is an original Lotus rim. Glass is complete all around – in good condition with no cracks.
This Europa will be sold with a clear California title. The VIN data plate indicates the car may have originally been finished in green, though no factory color code is present.
Overall, this example represents an excellent candidate for a full, frame-off restoration, with strong structural integrity and a complete drivetrain.
